Complete a signed massage intake & agreement form to confirm your appointment time.

Appointment changes need to be made no later than 4 hours of your scheduled appointment. 

Cancellations later than 4 hours of appt time & no shows will incur a 100% service value fee.  Repeated cancellations and changes to appointments later than the 4-hour timeframe will not be rescheduled. 

Payment is due at the time of service before service begins.

I accept Venmo and cash payment

Debit and credit cards are accepted with a $5 fee.

No checks

Draping is mandatory at all times during the massage session.  Personal or sexual advances, inappropriate touching, intoxication, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the therapist will not be tolerated. If this policy is violated your appointment will be terminated without refund, and future appointments will not be allowed.

For the well-being of the therapist and others, refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to the studio.
